Hoy en d\u00eda, la ansiedad se ha consolidado como uno de los principales desaf\u00edos de salud mental a nivel global. Sin embargo, el panorama cambia dr\u00e1sticamente cuando contamos con herramientas simples y eficientes. Una de las m\u00e1s poderosas es el m\u00e9todo \u00ab5-4-3-2-1\u00bb, un salvavidas inmediato para el bienestar diario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neurociencia contra el estr\u00e9s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A diferencia de m\u00e9todos que requieren horas de meditaci\u00f3n, el enraizamiento (<em>grounding<\/em>) sensorial ofrece un efecto inmediato respaldado por la neurociencia. Una investigaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica piloto con estudiantes de enfermer\u00eda expuestos a simulaciones de alta tensi\u00f3n demostr\u00f3 que aplicar esta t\u00e9cnica antes de un evento estresante disminuye exponencialmente la ansiedad y aumenta la concentraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>En tu entorno inmediato.<\/strong> Al involucrar activamente cada uno de tus cinco sentidos, esta t\u00e9cnica te \u201cancla\u201d en la realidad y en el aqu\u00ed y ahora, en lugar de en los pensamientos o sentimientos perturbadores que puedan estar abrum\u00e1ndote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zen+ Health <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zenplus.health\/research\/exercise\/grounding-54321\">5-4-3-2-1 Grounding &#8211; Research &amp; Information &#8211; Zen+ Health<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro estudio, realizado por un equipo de investigadarores del<em> Children\u2019s National Hospital,<\/em> un hospital infantil con 13 profesionales mujeres (enfermeras y m\u00e9dicas). Tiene por objetivo: medir estr\u00e9s fisiol\u00f3gico con HRV y compararlo con estr\u00e9s subjetivo mediante STAI.
